PresidentTerry Mayhall joined Modern Maintenance in 2009 as Vice-President and General Manager. In 2011 he stepped into his current position as President of Modern Maintenance.
Terry brings more than 26 years of managerial and business experience to the Modern Maintenance team.
Jarod Mayhall
Operations ManagerJarod joined Modern Maintenance in 2019 as Project Supervisor and quickly advanced through the organization.
With more than 8 years of management experience and over 10 years in the cleaning industry, Jarod provides leadership for specialty projects and daily operations.
